Quick Review – Designated Agency

DESIGNATED AGENCY

As the office continues to grow, we are closing more and more transactions with one NRC agent representing the seller and another NRC agents representing the buyer.

So I thought it was a good time to review Designated Agency.

PLEASE NOTE…

NRC is a Designated Brokerage.

Designated agency occurs when one NRC agent represents one side of a transaction and another NRC agent represents the other side.

For all the details, please watch this video.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me anytime.

I am always here to help.

Thanks!

Craig
