ETHICS TRAINING

I have received several questions today about the NAR ethics training.

All members of the National Association of Realtor are required to complete 2.5 hours of ethics training every 3 years.

The deadline for the current 3 year cycle is December 31, 2021.

If you completed the NRC free con-ed class, then you are all set.

Our con-ed class included the ethics requirement.

However if you did not take our class, then you need to make sure the con-ed class you took included the ethics requirement.  If it didn’t then you need to complete your ethics training by December 31, 2021.

If you need to complete the training, please contact either GMAR or NOCBOR. Both have classes coming up over the next couple of weeks.
