The 50 Day Challenge will take less than 5 minutes per day.

Here’s how it works.

Step 1. Make a list of 50 people you know that own a home.

Step 2. Every business day from September 14th to November 22nd send one text to someone on your list.

The text you send will have two parts.

1. Zillow screen shot of their home
2. Followed by this question. Hi Clark, Just curious, If a buyer offered you more than 10% over your Zestimate, would you sell?

​Now simply wait for their respond.

Now you need to be prepared for their questions.

Specifically you need to be able to articulate how their home could possible appreciate 10% in the next 6 to 12 months.
