Craig is a wonderful Broker. My wife and I have been with several different brokerages all good in their own way, all also lacking in different areas. National Realty Centers truly ticks all the boxes for us. Craig provides a high level of service to his agents. He is always there to help. He is always educating us on new trends in the market. He provides all kinds of data to us to help us educate our clients. All at a very reasonable and cost effective split. There are no hidden or surprise fees. There is no transaction fee which I always hated charging. His staff is responsive and helpful. You do have to do a bit of the administrative side of things that other brokers may have staff do for you such as inputting listings or other such tasks but he provides great systems to streamline and minimize the amount of work. In short it’s easy. We truly appreciate the service that Craig provides and are extremely thankful to work with him. He is a great broker and I highly recommend him!

Leaving a “regular” brokerage, where I kept an office at the office was a concern when I thought of changing eleven years ago. But, I am really glad I went to National Realty Centers. I am not out of touch. We have a private FaceBook page where we can communicate. Craig has weekly, live lunch & learns at noon that keep us up to date and offers educational opportunities. Craig provides us with numerous ways of working and bookkeeping remotely. We are stream lined and technologically up to date, because he takes the time to research and get great programs for us. There are optional programs that we pay a minimal fee for because he negotiates with the company. Craig hires the best administrative people and our three gorgeous offices are always available to us. If we want to work away from home, we can. We just don’t keep a personal office at the office. That keeps our cost of doing business much lower than any traditional brokerage. The support at National Realty Centers is the best. Best real estate decision I have ever made.

Craig is a great Broker, I’m so pleased Im working with him, and that I switched companies last year, other than the money I’m making instead of paying franchise fees and brokerage fees, the support and the staff are always helpful in every way they can. National Realty Centers is a great place to work. Craig is always there for us whenever we have questions. The resources offered here are high tech, resourceful and immeasurable for such a phenomenal commission structure. Another deciding factor for me was the fact that our broker does not compete for business with his agents! NRC is always keeping us up to date with major news and weekly online meetings, all news including legal updates, mortgage information and relative realtor magazine’s displayed in our back office. Craig is constantly rolling out new, innovative ideas to help us and many times, at no extra cost to his agents.
