Then please take 2 minutes and read Gail Anderson’s article on Wire Fraud Scams below….

PLEASE NOTE… Last summer a Kansas court held a broker and agent responsible for funds lost in a wire fraud scam, over $167,000

Here are a few steps you can take to protect yourself and your clients.

1. Change your email password on a regular basis.

2. Educated your clients about wire fraud.

3. NEVER email wire instructions to your client. Let the title company send them.

4. Have your clients call the title company to verify the account number over the phone.

5. NEVER send confidential info over free Wi-Fi.

6. Share this Wire Fraud Notice with all your clients.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me anytime.

I am always here to help.

Thanks!
