SELLER LEADS

In this video series, I’ll introduce you to Cloud CMAs Homebeat.
I absolutely love this program. It’s free, super user-friendly and it will generate seller leads.

 

The first step is to create your account.
Please login to Realcomp and click on the green Cloud CMA tile.
It’s very important that you upload a professional head shot and the NRC logo as they will display in the email your friends & family receive.
Please be sure to double check and/or add your contact information.
Right click on the NRC logo to save to your computer.

This is an excellent reason to call everyone in your database.
You can ask them if they have any real estate plans and then you can explain the benefits of this program.
This way when they receive the emails, they will know it’s from you and not spam.
You should set one up for yourself. I set one up for myself with the address of the home I grew up in. I review it every month.

I would recommend checking your views every Monday morning.
If you notice someone has been clicking; you should call and check in.
