NEW SELLER ADDENDUM
Here is a new addendum that makes the sale contingent upon the seller finding a new new of their choice.
For all the details, please watch this short video.
If you’re going to use this addendum on a listing, please do the following
1. Upload a blank New Home Contingency addendum with the disclosures in Realcomp.
2. Add the following note in the AGENT remarks in Realcomp and in the showing instructions in Showing Desk.
PLEASE NOTE… Seller will only accept an offer contingent upon the seller finding a new home of their choice. Please see New Home Contingency addendum.
