New EMD “Return” Policy

EMD RETURN POLICY

As a result of all the issues with wire fraud, we are implementing a new policy for returning EMDs via direct deposit.

Going forward in order to return an EMD, we will need to complete the following steps.

  • Mutual Release signed by ALL parties
  • Completed EMD Authorization Form
  • Phone number confirmation via text
  • Bank info confirmation via phone call

For all the details, please watch this video.

Here’s the new form;

EMD Direct Deposit Authorization

Please save this number in your phone, 248-278-0505. This is the NRC Support Team (TEXT ONLY) number.

By the way, we can also mail a Chase check, but it takes approximately 7 days.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thanks!

Craig
