Here are step by step instructions for this years class.
STEP 1. Email Joyia

- Request a coupon code.
- Please include your 10 digit license number.

STEP 2. Login or Create an Account.
- Please visit – www.myrealestateschool.com
STEP 3. Select Your Course.
- Click the course tab
- Then Real Estate License
- Then 6 hour continuing education
- Click Online Starting at $39.99
- Scroll down, select 2026 Course – CE26A
- Scroll to the bottom and click register
STEP 4. Checkout
- Click checkout
- Enter coupon code
- Click recalculate
- Click to agree to terms and conditions
- Click process payment.
STEP 5. Take Class
- Login
- Click “Access My Dashboard”
- Click “My Online Courses”
- Click Launch button next to course
STEP 6. Save Certificate
- MUST complete both slides and time
- Click Get Certificate
- Click on Certificate (far right)
- Download and save
