Monitor in Here Update

Fidelity National Title released a new benefit in May called, Monitor in Here.

Monitor in Here is a free post-closing service that alerts our buyers when a lien is placed on their property or if their property is listed for sale on the MLS.

I wanted to share these numbers with you. This is a screen shot from our free NRC con-ed class for 2026. Please keep in mind these number are only for Wayne County.

393 Stolen Homes Returned

By the way, we have talked about scams involving vacant property in the past, but now the bad guys are targeting residential homes.
