Zoom Replay – June 11, 2026

Today, we talked about Realtor Safety.  One of our agents received a call over the weekend from Eric Soliman (248-832-2321) He wanted her to meet him at a vacant commercial building in Detroit. 19800 Fitzpatrick St.

He made her extremely uncomfortable so she ran his number in the Foreworn app and discover 30 criminal infractions. Assault with a dangerous weapon, felonious assault and battery, etc. Plus, he is a registered sex offender.

I’m not sharing this to scare you, simply remind you to be safe.

If you’re a GMAR member, you have a free Forewarn account. If you’re a Realcomp member, you can run up to 5 searches per month via the Domii app with code, Realcomp5

Then we reviewed the new and improved Buy Now vs. Buy Later calculator on the Fidelity Agent One app. It is super user friendly and it does a really nice job of showing buyers the financial benefits of buying today regardless of the rates vs waiting for rates to come down.

We need to educate buyers that it’s not about “timing” the market, but rather “time in” the market that matters.

If you don’t have a Fidelity Agent One account, please reach out to Justin Bankston at Fidelity National Title.

We wrapped up the call with some a discussion about EMDs.

If you have any questions or situations you would like to discuss next week, please let me know.

Thanks!

Craig
