Today we had a very special guest, Jake Lew.
Jake Lew is the Co-Founder and CEO of Aivre, a pioneering real estate technology company leveraging artificial intelligence to modernize and streamline the appraisal process.
Under his leadership, Aivre became the first GSE-verified software vendor for UAD 3.6.
Jake is also a Certified Residential Appraiser, bringing firsthand industry expertise and a deep understanding of appraisal workflows to Aivre’s product innovation.
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have mandated the implementation of UAD 3.6 (Uniform Appraisal Dataset) by November 2, 2026. However, many large financial institutions are expected to start requiring UAD 3.6 this summer.
Jake gave us a behind the scenes look at the new appraisal platform and answered all our questions.
