If you don’t know when your license expires, can can verify your renewal date on LARA’s website.
Please keep in mind, all of us re have different renewal dates.
My license date is February 8, 2028
So I need to complete my hours as follows,
6 hours prior to Feb. 8, 2026
6 hours prior to Feb. 8, 2027
6 hours prior to Feb. 8, 2028

PLEASE NOTE… As of February 13, 2024 we are now required to complete 1 hour of fair housing each year.
Every year you will need to complete the following.
- 6 total hours
- 2 of the 6 must be legal
- 1 of the 6 must be fair housing
Our Free NRC Con Ed includes everything you need for 2025 & 2026.
PLEASE NOTE… The NAR required Code of Ethics training is required every 3 years. This is a completely separate requirement. The current cycle is January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027.
