2. Our partnership with the Mortgage Centers allows us to offer an average 1/2% less than the national average for a 30 year fixed rate with no additional fees at closing.

FREE 1% Buy Down Program

In a nut shell, our client’s interest rates will be 1% less for the first year and there are absolutely NO additional fees.

Here’s how it works,

  • Buyer must lock their rate prior to June 30, 2026.
  • FYI… In order to lock their rate, they must have a fully executed PA
  • Their interest rate will be 1% lower than the national average based on their credit score for the first year of their loan.
  • For Example, if today’s national average is 6.5%, their rate will be 5.5% for their first 12 payments. Then it will go to 6.5% for the life of the loan.
  • If rates drop during the first year, they can re-fi with no penalty.
  • EVERYONE is eligible! If your client qualifies for a mortgage, they qualify for the buy down program.
  • Best part is absolutely NO FEE for the buy down!

Our partnership with the Mortgage Center allows us to offer our clients on average 1/2% lower interest rate with NO points, NO additional fees at closing. In short, our clients save thousands!

Here’s how it works…​

  • IRON Mortgage partnered with the Mortgage Center (MC)
    • MC is a group of credit unions
  • In order to compete with big banks, MC offers lower interest rates.
    • As a result MC makes less money on each loan.
  • In turn, IRON Mortgage agreed to make less money on each loan.
  • By working together and agreeing to a lower profit margin, our clients save thousands!
  • Please note, we offer a 30 year fixed rate mortgage.
  • If rates go down, MC offers a “Float Down”
    • This allows our clients to pay a flat fee and lower their rate.
    • They do NOT need to re-fi.
    • Again, they save thousands!
