Yesterday we discussed the following 3 questions / situations,

1. I received a call from a potential buyer who would like to see my listing, but they will not sign a buyer’s agreement. What do I do?

2. A past client called, they are selling a rental property to their tenant. Should I be a transaction coordinator or a dual agent?

3. I’m doing a CMA for a property with a basement in a subdivision with a lot of similar homes without a basement. What is the best way to calculate the value of the basement?
